Cancellation charges depend on how close the request is to your scheduled delivery and whether shopping has already taken place.

CANCELLATION TIMING

Fees close to delivery.

WITHIN48 hours

$79 cancellation fee

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a $79 cancellation fee.

WITHIN24 hours

$79, plus shopped-order charges

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will incur the $79 cancellation fee. If groceries have already been purchased, the grocery total and applicable service fee may also be charged.

Cancellation timing is measured from the order's scheduled delivery date and time.
